What information is collected?
What is the information used for?
Information is used for communication with donors or clients, tax receipts issued to donors, and our own reporting to the IRS.
Information will never be shared with any third party unless required by law.
How is information stored?
All information is stored securely and is only accessible by board members of The Young Artist’s Club.
How long is the information retained?
Donation records will be kept for a minimum of 3 years for tax purposes but may be retained longer.
Contact information will be retained indefinitely but will be removed upon a request to do so by the donor or client.
